Frequently asked questions

What are the Service Times?

Breakthru Life Church has one service on a Sunday to stay up to date with COVID regulations. Service start time: 09h00 Children's Ministry Check-In: From 08h30 *Please note kids check-in closes at 09h25. If you miss kids check-in you will need to keep your child with you for the duration of the service.

What can I expect?

A general Sunday meeting consists of a time of worship, proclamation of the Word and ministry to one another. Our highest priority when we gather is to meet with the Lord, and so we gladly give all the time necessary to follow the agenda set before us by the Holy Spirit.

What happens to my children on a Sunday?

All parents are encouarged to check-in children, ages 2-13yrs, into Children's Ministry at the resepective check-in times for the service to take part in the children's ministry curriculum. After check-in, children will enjoy their on worship in the Sapphire auditorium & be released to their various classes thereafter. Visit our CHILDREN'S MINISTRY page for more info on our different age groups. All highschoolers, ages 14-18yrs, are encouraged to join REVIVE YOUTH in the youth zone after worship. There is a Mother's Room for mom's with babies, 0-1yr, to the back right of the upstairs auditorium. This room is for BREASTFEEDING MOMS ONLY. There is a seperate entrance to the ladies bathrooms with a nappy changing facility and a private breastfeeding room. We invite all parents with toddlers, ages 1-2yrs, to please make use of our Toddler Zone located in the Jasper Room, to the back right of the main auditorium. Come and relax, let your children play and make a noise while being able to enjoy the worship with surround sound in a safe, air-conditioned area designed specially for you and your children.

How do I become a member?

We are all about family and in order for you to become a member, you will need to attend a "Looking In" Tea hosted on specific Sundays from 12h30-13h15, where you will meet the Eldership & Staff Team, as well as the Core Crew at Breakthru. This is followed by attending the 4-week Joining the Family Course. Upon completion of this course, you will be connected to a Community Connect Group.
