“As you go into all the world, preach openly the wonderful news of the gospel to the entire human race!"

We are serving & loving our local community, Maplanka, every Friday morning at 7am.

We take in a team to hand out food packs and pray for those in need and for those who need healing.

You can get involved by sponsoring a food pack for only R300, that feeds a family for one week!

You can also join in by being part of the team that meet at  Breakthru at 7am on a Friday- No need to sign-up, just pitch up!

Breakthru Life Church will be the new home for

"Jewels of Hope" from 01 March 2021.

This NGO will assist in the skills development and community growth for the residents of Maplanka informal settlement.

"Heal the Sick"

Hani Baragwanath Hospital is a large government hospital with a need on a daily basis for people to be set free and healed from pain and sickness.

We take a teams into the various wards during visiting hours on a Saturday to pray for the sick, hand out care-packs and encourage the hospital staff . We have witnessed numerous, miraculous healings & salvations from this initiative.

*Due to COVID-19 regulations, all hospital outreaches have been postponed until further notice.

An important aspect of life with the Lord is hearing His voice. One way to hone our ability to hear His voice, is to practice words of knowledge. Everyone has the ability to hear His voice, but that ability has to be developed.

Based on biblical principles and personal testimonies, you will learn how the simplicity of hearing a word of knowledge from God leads you to clues for the treasure hunt- Join us for a FUN outreach every time!

*Due to COVID-19 regulations, all treasure hunts have been postponed until further notice.

LOCAL BEACH outreach

What happen when a group of 50 young adults say "YES" to God?

The film was inspired by a group of passionate young adults, called CORE, who have gone from beach destinations to city neighbourhoods in order to demonstrate practical love and serve any and every one open to receiving God’s goodness.

For over eight years the CORE team has seen thousands of lives impacted, changed, and transformed. These experiences have been documented in our film aptly titled
‘Extra Ordinary’. The best part of this story, though, is that the film tells the story of how ordinary people can be used to do incredible things, simply by saying “yes” to God and taking a step of faith. The CORE team is not made up of pastors, full-time evangelists, or senior church leaders. In fact, the CORE team is filled with young adults, from all over South Africa. Some are students, some have jobs, some have been Christians for many years, and some are just starting their journey. Ordinary men and women.

We went into the making of this film with a simple desire. To show people that the biggest challenge is saying “yes”.

Join us on this journey of Love, we dare you... find out what Love can do when you choose to love....
