Foundational Movement Training for Expressive Worship
Do you have a heart for worship and want to express it through movement and dance?
This workshop/elective is designed to plant seeds of confidence and creativity in women of all ages, teens and young adults.
Through foundational training, you will learn basic rhythm, free movement, and techniques using worship cloths and flags. These tools will help you express outwardly what you feel inwardly during both structured and spontaneous moments of worship.
Our desire is to equip and encourage you to worship God freely, confidently, and wholeheartedly through movement.
