Paul holds a Master's degree in management from Cambridge University and has authored several books. He is especially gifted with strategic insight into organisational structure and has practiced these kingdom strategies in various positions of leadership including nursing, his time as a prison governor, leadership at Bethel Church in Redding, CA, and his current endeavours at Sent & Send, and Europe Shall Be Saved.
