This agreement is entered into between:

Breakthru Equipping School of Theology
Hereinafter referred to as “BEST”
IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT:
1) While a student is enrolled at BEST, they will submit to the
school leadership in all matters related to the school.
2) BEST will endeavor to create an environment that is conducive
to learning and spiritual development.
3) Students acknowledge that they are responsible for their own
learning.
4) This agreement is effective for the 2025 BEST year which runs
from 31 January until mid-November 2025.
CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
1. Payment
1.1 The amount payable per year is as per the table below and is
payable in two installments. The first installment due on or before
the 28th of January 2025 and the second installment is due on or
before the 3rd of June 2025.

1.2 An annual administration and registration fee of R200 per
student is included in the first installment.
1.3 Should any alternate payment plan be requested from a
student, it needs to be agreed to by BEST in writing.
1.4 Should an alternative payment plan agreement be reneged
upon, the payment agreement automatically reverts to that of
clause 1.1 of this agreement.
1.5 Should a student account fall into arrears, such students will
not receive class notes or manuals. Should fees fall into more than
one-month's arrears, students will not be allowed to attend class in
person or online until their account is back up to date.
2 Student Commitments
2.1 Students commit to attend a minimum of 70% of class lectures.
2.2 Students commit to attending a minimum of 5 outreaches
throughout the year.
2.3 Students commit to reading four prescribed books, write a
one-page review of each book and submit book reviews to BEST
via the online Student Portal. Late submissions will not be
accepted unless a prior agreement is made between the school
and student. Any such agreement needs to be confirmed in
writing.
3 Class
3.1 Please make every effort to arrive at class on time or be logged
into Zoom online. On property students please allow a few extra
minutes to park and make your way to your group table, enabling
you to be seated and ready when class starts.
3.2 If you arrive late, please be respectful of other students by
entering the classroom quietly.
3.3 During discussion times, we ask that all students participate
and engage in these discussion times. Class is only dismissed once
the lecturer, or small group leader has dismissed class.
3.4 For online students, please keep your camera on and
microphone muted during lectures.
3.5 You will be marked as absent from class if you are not in the
classroom (or not logged in on ZOOM for online students).
3.6 Students that wish to change from “in person” to “online” or
vice versa, after the school year has begun will be charged an
additional Admin fee of R500 per student.
4 Student Portal
4.1 We have created a student portal for you to catch up on any
missed lectures. Please note that catching up on a missed lecture
does not qualify you as present in class.
